NIET (Network of International Educators and Teachers) was founded as an interschool, multi-cultural endeavor to promote research driven discourse, responsive teaching, and holistic school growth. Beginning in Beijing, with its rich blend of national, international, and hybrid school models, NIET is dedicated to advancing education through community and network building among education professionals.

- We believe in advancing educational best practice, and the state of pedagogy as a whole. We believe in action, and teacher directed change by supporting educators, students and schools in making a difference in their learning communities.

- We believe data and metrics serve an important role in educational outcomes. Through examining both student data and international trends, we can triangulate the needs of those in our learning community and create a data driven future instead of a data-reactive one.
Service
- We believe in stewardship and the importance of initiative and action in attaining the UNESCO Peace Education goals that underpin International Education. We believe in empowering agents of change to become the difference they wish to see in International Education.
Global
- We believe in the idea of globally linked, experience rich, culturally diverse networks of students, schools, educators, researchers and change makers. Diversity, equity, and intra-cultural dialogues for enrichment are an integral part of the NIET PLC.
